Painting

Suzy & I painted Mom's living and dining rooms while she was in Bulgaria. Suzy officially picked out the color and did a great job. Wednesday night we primered the walls and than ate some Mexican at Cocolitos. We took pictures of us cause we looked pathetically awesome and wanted everyone else to see since the public saw us. As for my reasoning, I was in boots from my day outfit but wore them out with my paint clothes.

Almost finished

We showed up Saturday morning to paint the 2 coats of color and the power was out. We painted for awhile and than it got too cold (it snowed the whole day). We left for lunch and came back with the power on. We started about 9am & left at 6:30. We had lunch in between & cleaned out the fridge but it was a long day. We did 2 coats, all ceiling and floor, corners and all. We did a great job and just hung out.

We'll have to post another blog address with the furniture in it. It really looks great and when Mom came back to this surprise she loved and said it was the perfect color.
